Euphorbia amygdaloides var. robbiae is a spreading evergreen perennial, forming colonies of rosettes of oblong, dark green leaves from which, in early spring, the yellow-green flowers unfurl in dramatic fashion, presenting stalks of flowers that last for months.
Robbiae in well-drained soil in partial to full shade. Cut back faded flower stems in autumn. Remove unwanted seedlings each spring as part of routine border maintenance. Always wear gloves when working with euphorbias.
