Rhododendron Compact Hybrid Peter Alan 7.5Ltr Purple

Compact and neat, this Rhododendron grows wider than it does in height, it has pleasing lavender-pink frilled flowers complimented by a dark red wine-coloured blotch within, these appear from a dark coloured typically longer bud flowering from mid-May and throughout June.

How do I care for a potted rhododendron? Rhododendrons like moist soil, but their roots will rot easily if they lie wet, so make sure your container has plenty of drainage holes. Pot up using an ericaceous compost and keep the container in cool, moist conditions, somewhere where your plant will get partial or dappled shade for most of the day.
