Description. Upright, evergreen shrub with shiny, wavy-edged, deep chocolate-purple leaves. Insignificant flowers in June. Best in full sun to part shade and moist, well-drained, slightly acid soil. Frost tender.
How do you care for Coprosma?
Grow under glass in loam-based compost in bright filtered light with good ventilation. Water during summer growth, just moist in winter. Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly when in growth. Outdoors, grow in a sunny, frost-protected spot.
