Brilliant evergreen shrub with loads of glossy green leaves. Red flower buds opening to large pale, funnel shaped, yellow flowers with a small vivid flare. The ball shaped truss holds up to 15 flowers. Horizon Monarch holds the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit.
