Vigorous variety of Viburnum Tinus with larger leaves than the usual type, it has red stems with pure white blooms. It is winter and long flowering with interest from the autumn due to crimson red buttons. A rapid growth habit up to 1.8metres.
What does Viburnum tinus look like?
Viburnum tinus is a dense, evergreen shrub with dark and oval, glossy leaves, which contrast beautifully with fragrant pinkish-white flowers, followed by dark black fruit. It’s a popular choice for hedging but may also be grown as a specimen shrub in a mixed border.
