An elegant reed-like grass, Miscanthus sinensis ‘Strictus’ has narrow stems clad with slender arching cream-striped leaves. In late summer the plants are topped by pale feathery plumes of flowers which can be cut and dried for flower arrangements.
Care:
Grow Miscanthus sinensis ‘Strictus’ in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Remove dead foliage and flowering stems in spring.
