The huge flowers are cerise in colour and look like velvet. The leaves are quite dark in colour, rounded, with a strong fruity scent.
Care
Salvias are very easy to care for in the garden. Trim plants in late summer for Autumn flowering and leave plants over winter. After winter trim back in the warmth of the spring, subsequently this will promote strong re-growth
